Time/ Project Management Capture issues and risks into a centralized project database for efficient reporting. Create a master project calendar with a timeline for each project, identifying major project
milestones and their dates. Delegate to team members. Don’t forget to coordinate their actions. Determine how much time have available for each project. Don’t neglect flaws in communication with clients and within team. Integrate communications
with project planning to ensure project plans are up-to-date. Input effective times to get project work done, especially if work with subcontractors. Most email services and programs offer filters that allow to flag or prioritize mail from certain
people or groups. Gmail, has ways to flag messages from people don't want to ignore. Notify client if cannot meet a deadline or complete a task. Prioritize time based on client value and project type. Client value can be as simple as whether
they are high profit or high maintenance. Project type is based on what type of marketing tactic are implementing.
