WEBKING 4 Hi printing unit based on staggered blanket cylinders (S-Wrap) concept, wherein the distance between the 2 printing couples has been minimized to ensure accurate colour registration with minimal wastage. A pin register system is built into the plate bender and is carried through into the pin register system built into the plate lock-up. The pin register ensures that when installed the plate is in the proper position. The stand-alone roll stand with pneumatic disc brake ensures precise web tension. A separate RTF with multiple segments on the folder ensures precise handling of multiple webs.

The WEBKING 2 color perfecting printing unit is the perfect example of proven technology. Specially designed for BOOK PRINTING the WEBKING 2 CP printing unit is a Common Impression Cylinder (CIC) and 10 Cylinder configured design where the colour registration does not change during the entire roll unwind period. Colour register is maintained even with varying press speeds or with varying web tension. A pin register system is built into the plate bender and is carried through into the pin register system built into the plate lock-up. The pin register assures that when installed, the plate is in proper position. The pneumatic controls ensure ease and speed of operations and the accurate plate punching and bending systems ensure utmost accuracy in pre-press operations.

Crusader is a single-width, one plate around web offset press for printing newspaper & semi commercial products. Designed on arch and reverse arch concept and horizontal blanket to blanket press to ensure best print performance. Its operator friendly interface with touch screen helps to maneuver different print functions very easily. The modular unit concept allows to extend existing Configuration to future needs. The state of the art electronic system incorporated in this machine will enhance its productivity and utility and offer a new generation press to printer& publishers.

The 'H' type printing unit construction allows 2x2 color production with one web and its compact design of eight couple tower with short web path ensure optimal register precision even at high speed. Plate and blanket cylinders are made from alloy steel and supported on precision taper roller bearing. Hardened ground bearers for plate and blanket cylinders ensure true running. The cylinder group is driven by ground precision helical gears. The nine roller continuous feed inking system with two form rollers and two Rilsan coated vibrating rollers is a standard feature of Crusader.

The dampening system is contact less brush dampening with pan roller tracking facility. Plates and blanket cylinders are made of high quality steel with anti corrosive protection. For fast plate changing the plate cylinders are designed with narrow gap concept. The press is offered with stand alone auto paster which is Shaft-less in principle & can also be placed at right angle, beneath the tower to save space. 2:2:2 jaw folder is a standard offering with option for balloon former and rotary quarter folder.
