Our StoryMy whole life I had searched for a cure for my severe dry cracked chapped lips. While breastfeeding our daughter, I started experimenting with lanolin and realized my lips were healed for the first time. After searching with no avail for a lanolin based lip product, I decided to make something of my own. I went to the local health store and purchased several natural moisturizing oils to mix with medical-grade lanolin. I created several stove-top variations and started sharing with friends and family. The response was tremendous and The Lano Co. was officially born. Our goal has always been to change the way people feel about natural cosmetics and make them affordable to everyone. Our new logo for Pure Cosmetics, Nature’s Water Lily, represents an awakening of your true beauty, strength and life. Inspired by the Water Lily’s ascent from the pond divinely pure and stunning, we aim to create products that let your natural beauty shine.

Our new line, Glam Cosmetics, is a fabulously glittery, red carpet worthy line. While our goal is to expand the product line to offer a wide array of products, the line currently consists of petite LED-lit lip gloss inspired by the enchantingly fast-paced lifestyle of glam girls on-the-go everywhere. The line’s logo, a lustrous pair of hot pink lips, perfectly depicts the shimmery Hollywood themed line.
