• Mobile first! (but not just mobile - laptops & desktops too) • Easy for everyone (including those still stuck in their inbox)• Must link to legacy systems and business process (properly)• Not just another silo/inbox• Help not hinder the workflow (in context)• Make it easy to find stuff (to get work done)
