Our Equipment Every investigator is equipped with High Definition 4K

quality video cameras. They are also equipped with various covert cameras that can blend in any situation.

Every investigator is equipped with surveillance vehicles that are designed to blend into with other vehicles in the area and remain undetected.

TMI has several state of the art DRONES that are at our disposal if the scope of the investigation calls for it. (All state and federal laws are followed before drones are dispatched)

Each investigators is provided with a computer and hotspot Wi-Fi capabilities. It is important for our investigators to have internet access to receive information from our office staff that provides information at a moments notice when our investigators need it most.

About Terrell MiceliTerrell A. Miceli is the owner of TMI. He started his

career as a private investigator in 1983 and opened Terrell Miceli Investigations in 1985. During

the course of his career as a private investigator he has worked with Third Party Administrators,

Insurance companies, Attorneys, Private Entities, and multiple government agencies. The

government agencies he has worked with are: Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), Drug

Enforcement Agency (DEA), United States Secret Service, Department of Environmental Quality

(DEQ), and multiple state and county law enforcement offices.

Supervisory PersonalTMI has operations managers who are on call 24 hours a day. Their job is to assign cases accordingly to the investigator who is best fit to conduct surveillance on that particular case. The operations team is also in charge of putting together all information needed for the field investigators and assisting them with ID photos, license plate numbers, address searches, and other investigation needs while the investigator is in the field.

It is company policy that every investigator reports to their assigned operations manager when they arrive on scene for their assignment, during their assignment, and upon completion of their assignment.

The Investigation Process

When the assignment is received it is evaluated and the investigation process begins.

The operation managers begin locating the subject, producing ID pictures, possible addresses, and vehicles with license numbers.

We do not send any assignments directly from the client to the investigator. All cases are thoroughly prepared in our office for each investigator. This method has proven to provide more results on our cases.

Every surveillance effort is evaluated by the operations department before the case is reassigned for another day of surveillance. At times surveillance efforts or investigators need to be “switched up” to achieve the best results.

We work closely with adjusters, attorneys, and other clients to achieve the results they desire.

Our clients are provided with daily updates on the cases we are working.

Storing Case InformationTMI uses a database that was designed for TMI personnel to assist our staff with each investigation. It is designed to keep records of all information documented on the cases worked. The database is used for case reference, writing and storing field reports, video and picture uploading, budget monitoring, and client requirements.

TMI utilizes a high-grade 256-bit SSL encryption, which means the data you send to TMI is scrambled millions of times making your data indecipherable from hackers. All information is backed up in the event of a complete hardware failure or uncontrollable natural disaster, you can be rest assured knowing that your data is safe. All customer data is redundantly stored multiple times in multiple physical locations to ensure the highest level of data integrity. All Physical access is strictly controlled both at the perimeter and at building ingress points by professional security staff utilizing video surveillance, state of the art intrusion detection systems, and other electronic means.
