Confirmation of employee agreement is captured
Manager’s view of employee’s current status, showing date stamp of each process step
An agreement wizard is provided to guide the employee through the process of creating a formal employee-manager work agreement. The agreement is generated and can be viewed and printed by the employee and all approvers.
Completed agreements are then routed for approval. Any number of approvals can be configured, based on compliance requirements
Agreement can be printed for hard-copy routing
Manager receives an email advising of approval request; options presented are to approve or deny with reason. Any additional levels of approval are made available.
Employee status is provided, with pending approvals and detail of process history.
Other approvers in the process are also presented with an email and approval request. They also have the option of viewing and printing the agreement.

With all approvals in place, the employee begins the trial period, and can be linked to company provisioning information or tools.
