Named after the first Chinese convenience store on Mott Street in New York City, Mott’s cuisine concept revolves around the key culinary regions of China – Canton, Beijing, Shanghai and Sichuan. Under the helm of Executive Chef Fung, who’s most recent successes include commanding the Michelin 2-starred kitchen at Dynasty restaurant in the Renaissance Hotel, Mott aims to enhance traditional Chinese cuisine with innovative flavour pairings and the finest ingredients.

Cocktail Mott 32 believes that innovative cocktails and meticulously sourced fine wines from around the world enhances a dining experience. Our cocktails are designed to compliment our cooking and are innovative in the utilisation of spirits and ingredients commonly found in Hong Kong and the wider Asia Pacific region. These include Osmanthus honey, infusing with Ginseng roots, goji berries, pomelo, air-dried tangerine peel, shiso leafs, star anise, cardamom and much more.Our wine list is a selection of fine wines from around the globe. Our philosophy is to deliver our guests value and the best representation of each grape varietal and wine regions. Additionally, we have a focus on Bordeaux and Burgundy offering a wider selection including some remarkable back vintages from arguably the world’s finest wine regions.

Mott 32 is open from 11:30am to 3pm for lunch daily including a dim sum brunch every Sunday. Dinner service starts at 6pm with last orders at 11pm daily.

Mott 32 has five private rooms of varying size and can accommodate up to 50 persons in the largest format.
