needs are changing faster that I can imagine. Embracing change is the easiest way to stay in Business!

#3: Willingness to unlearn & relearn….agility to embrace new learnings is the key to survival!I try to create a safe environment of learning and encourage new ideas during brainstorming. I

am not embarrassed to say ‘I don’t know the answer…but willing to think through different ways to get to the best outcome. Harnessing the power of many inspired minds is definitely better

than me doing all the thinking and missing an important alternative!
