TARGET:Our goal is to be an outstanding employer, and our 2013 target was a 70% employee engagement score.

PERFORMANCE:Our 2013 engagement survey result was 63%, and below a 70% target.– Eighty percent of employees recommended MEC to friends, and 74% talked

about the great aspects of working AT MEC.– 45% rarely thought about leaving MEC and 55% said it would take a lot to get

them to leave MEC. – 58% said that MEC inspires them to do their best work every day, and 57%

were motivated to do more than what's required.
