Statesville Christmas Celebration

Although the temperatures in North Carolina were a bit chilly, there was definitely a warm festive spirit within the Statesville Country Club as the Statesville family celebrated our Holiday Luncheon. We enjoyed a time of fellowship and camaraderie. With our shift schedules, this was one of the rare occasions that we were all together so we took the opportunity to recognize our group and individual achievements. We celebrated our 2016 service anniversaries and recognized Edgar Gonzalez, Luilly Jimenez and Luis Gamez for their dedication and commitment in working 30+ weeks on their shifts, as well as, opposite shifts to help the team out during challenging times.

We also recognized "A Shift" for the Shift of the Year for their Productivity, Changeovers and Scrap Percentage. "A Shift" members include: Jose Funes Galvez (Shift Leader), Jacob Dann, Edgar Gonzalez, Austin Nantz, Harley Poole, Harrisson Semanate, David Vergara, Chad Camden and Kevin Carter.

Each year the Management Team selects individuals in special recognition for their contributions in 2016. This year's recipients include: Big Heart Award - Jose Agosto Keystone Award - Rickey Holland Rookie of the Year - Daniel Johnson The Rock - Chuck Lewis Outstanding Leadership - Alex Posada
