N Thank you for your interest in STAMP Event Management – we are thrilled to have the opportunity to tell you a bit about our company.
STAMP is the only agency that specializes in the 3 pillars of an event: production, event logistics and guest management/front-of-house. STAMP excels when we are able to manage an entire event. We are experts at process, deadlines and managing budgets; when we are leading the charge for the entire event, it ultimately translates into a thoughtful, streamlined and integrated planning process. Our goal is to make an event that is undeniably yours without miring you in the details it takes to do it.
In order for an event to be successful, thorough planning needs to start from the beginning, resulting in an efficient and streamlined process and allowing for maximum creativity. We will make sure that your event clearly reflects your company’s brand and profile. Whether it’s a chic and intimate cocktail party for 50 or a show-stopping extravaganza for 1,000, we will create an interactive and memorable experience for your guests from the moment they walk in the door.
We hope that we have provided enough information to make you excited to work with STAMP and look forward to the opportunity to partner with you on an upcoming event!

Dear Tiffany:
Thank you for giving STAMP the opportunity to submit a proposal to partner with you on the 2013 ADCOLOR® Awards and Industry Conference. We would be thrilled to work with you as the event producer to ensure that the events not only happen flawlessly, but that your efforts are focused on fundraising and other high-level, mission-driven components – not the all-encompassing production, logistical and administrative details.
STAMP is the only agency that specializes in event logistics, guest management and production. We know that you are familiar with our work on guest management, and have seen a little preview of how we handle event logistics (plategate!). This proposal will give you examples of different projects that highlight our unique skillset.
STAMP excels when we are able to manage an entire event – we are expert at process, deadlines and managing budgets. When we lead the charge for the entire event, we are able to do it a lot more efficiently and thoughtfully, while keeping our client happy and focused and the event on track.
From a professional – and personal – standpoint, we would love to be part of your team to make the ADCOLOR® Awards and Industry Conference even bigger and better. We welcome the opportunity to discuss this with you further and hope to have the opportunity to work with you in the coming year.
Warm Regards,
Margaret Crisostomo Jason Burlingame

“I have worked with STAMP since the inception of The Gentlemen’s Ball in 2008. Since it was GQ’s first time
producing a benefit awards gala, we turned to STAMP to help us make smart and informed decisions. They are
an ideal company to work with - knowledgeable, attentive and unflappable. All that, and they’re
a lot of fun to work with!”

“STAMP Event Management is my number one choice when planning an opening for a Broadway Musical. An opening
night on Broadway must be magical and unforgettable, while on a limited budget. STAMP’s creativity along with their busines and negotiation savvy, ensures a beautiful and
memorable evening! They bring an unbelievable amount of expertise and vision to bear on any project. More impotantly,
they are a complete pleasure to work with. Margaret and Jason’s skills and experience combine to make a potent
package for those looking for the best resource for event services. I recommend them highly! ”

September 18, 2012 To Whom It May Concern: Please let this letter serve as a strong and unqualified endorsement of STAMP Event Management. Since 2003, I have worked closely with Jason Burlingame and Margaret Chrisostomo, both at GLAAD and at STAMP. Since that time, they have become trusted partners and are my agency’s go-‐to source for event management. Jason and Margaret worked closely with me on an annual non-‐profit event from 2003 to 2006 when my agency brought a Johnson & Johnson brand on as a sponsor. The awards program was the first high-‐profile LGBT event ever sponsored by a J&J brand and, as such, was under a high-‐level of scrutiny for several years. For the duration of this time, Jason and Margaret worked closely with my team to deliver a flawless experience for our client. Their client service and attention to detail was second to none and they ensured that every need and concern was addressed. It was during this time that they built a high-‐level of trust with my agency that continues today with STAMP. In 2006, when Jason and Margaret launched STAMP, my agency turned to them to manage our corporate client events. STAMP gets high marks for their creativity, design, technical ability and budget estimates that track to actuals. They’ve also been invaluable to my team for some of our more complicated projects. One in particular for a major cable TV network was so complex and difficult that I doubt many other agencies could have handled the job. On all assignments big and small, the entire STAMP team is an absolute pleasure to work with. I strongly recommend STAMP. It would seem unlikely that other management companies would have the same experience, creative and technical abilities, insider-‐knowledge and community insights as they do. If you have any additional questions you would like to ask about my experience working with STAMP, do not hesitate to contact me at 212-‐245-‐6040 ext 300. Sincerely,
Matthew D. Tumminello President

Ghost: The Musical Opening Night Party
STAMP produced this “streets of New York“ themed event at The Waterfront (formerly known as The Tunnel Event Space), a raw space that required innovative lighting, inspired installations, and illustrious design elements to turn an avenue-long hallway into an event worthy of the who’s who of Broadway. STAMP served as the Producer, managing all aspects of design, production, and event logistics. More than 1200 guests attended.

S We love the unexpected, but we don’t believe in surprises. A successful event doesn’t happen by accident or by will. It happens with thoughtful planning.
In the big 3 of event planning – production, event logistics and guest management – logistics sometimes gets the short end of the stick. We get it. It’s the least glamorous and most tedious part of an event, but it’s an area that we are great at and will apply our expert planning skills to your event to ensure a seamless experience for your guests.

NT At the heart of every event are your guests; we’ll make
sure they feel taken care of while managing every detail for them. Their experience from the time they arrive through the event will be smooth, intuitive and an overall excellent experience. We focus on the front of house to ensure that all of the must-dos are covered and that your guests feel like they are experiencing something special upon arrival and as they move through the event.
We are prepared to handle all logistics for ticketed and seated events as well. Whether it’s individual ticket purchasers, table buyers or corporate partners, we provide them with tailored service to make their experience at your event the best it can be. While we are taking care of your guests, we’ll also take care of your staff – managing the guest administrative work, freeing them up to focus on organization-specific work that only they can do.

Managing the details of more than 3,000 guests for 3 events in 3 cities is challenging. But we have worked hard over the years to learn and understand GLAAD’s unique and changing guest management system. We know that there are some areas that require manual work. And despite how fast and furious information may fly, we stay focused and singular in our task, keeping detailed and accurate records. We maintain professional communications - providing consistency, constancy, and immediate responses to guests. We understand the technical part of guest management and know how to balance it with the human part of taking care of guests.
