STAFFING - Is the part of The process of
management with out concerned with acquiring ,developing, employing , appraising, remunerating and retaining people so that right type of the people are available at right position and at right time in the organization in the simplest terms, staffing is putting people to jobs.

It is making analysis of work and estimating the manpower
Is identifying and attracting capable applicants for employment.
It is choosing the fit candidates from the application received in the process recruitment.
This may be on probation and on successfully completion concerned.
It is concerned with imparting and developing specific skill for a particular purpose.
Systematic evaluation of personnel by superiors or other familiar with performance as to rank employees to as certain their eligibility for promotion.
DETAIL OF STAFFING PROCESS Manpower requirement- They very first step in staffing is to plan
the manpower inventory required by a concern in order to match them with the job requirements and demands.
Recruitment- Once the requirements are notified, the concern invites and solicits applications according to the invitations made to the desirable candidates.
Selection- This is the screening step of staffing in which the solicited application are screened out and suitable candidates are appointed as per the requirements.
Orientation and Placement- Once screening take place, the appointed candidates are made familiar to the work units and work environment though the orientation programmers.
Training and development- Training is a part of incentives given to the workers in order to develop and grow them within the concern.
Rumination- It is a kind of compensation provided monetarily to the employees for their work performance.
Performance Evaluation- In order to keep a track or record of the behavior, attitudes as well as opinions of the workers towards their jobs.
Promotion and Transfer- Promotion is said to be a non-monetary incentive in which the worker is shifted from a higher job demanding bigger responsibilities as well as shifting the workers and transferring them to different work units and branches of the same organization.
