• The Company – What do you do? – Spredfast is an enterprise-class social media management system that allows organizations to manage,

monitor, and measure their social media messages, and the effectiveness of each piece of content, across multiple social media channels.

• Company History and Background• Originally started to take advantage of Facebook and MySpace applications, Social Agency Inc. (d.b.a

Spredfast) branched out to manage social media campaigns. Realizing they could not scale without appropriate tools, Spredfast was developed to automate, streamline, and facilitate the management of social media marketing campaigns.

• Kenneth Cho & Scott McCaskill co-founded Spredfast in March, 2008. Each have extensive experience in effectively developing social media strategies. In addition to their leadership duties at Spredfast, they taught social media strategy to students at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. Spredfast is based in Austin, TX. Spredfast is a Delaware C-Corporation.

• Investors and Stage of Investment (funds raised to date)– Series A of $1.6M from Austin Ventures in April, 2010

MANAGEMENT TEAM

Kenneth Cho, Co-Founder & CEOKenneth is responsible for sales, marketing and customer support functions. Kenneth brings 17 years of worldwide management, sales and technology experience. Prior to co-founding Spredfast, Kenneth headed up services for social media software company, Small World Labs. Prior to that, Kenneth held sales and business development roles at IBM such as managing its multi-million dollar Visa account. Prior to IBM, he held leadership roles at VerveLabs (founder), Enron, Lehman Brothers, and Price Waterhouse Consulting (now IBM).

Kenneth received a BA in Economics from Wesleyan University and an MBA with a focus in marketing and information management from the McCombs School of Business at University of Texas at Austin.

Scott McCaskill, Co-Founder & PresidentScott is responsible for technology, finance and services functions. Prior to co-founding Spredfast, Scott was CTO/CFO and co-founder of Small World Labs, where he wrote the original version of their social networking platform and helped grow the company from two employees to more than 30 full-time and contract employees and 100 plus clients. Before Small World Labs, Scott held roles at Dell, Boston Consulting Group, Singlecast and Sapient.

Scott received a BS in computer science and history from Yale University and an MBA with a focus in finance and strategic management from the University of Chicago.
