UPGRADING:Stock items from one of our EU warehouses.

Personalization, starting from 50 pcs per project, re-orders from 25 pcs:

* Re-labeling (Minimum Order Quantity 1000 pcs)

* Label, sidetag, superweave label (MOQ 1000 pcs)

* Zippullers: - woven - rubber - silicone (MOQ 1000 pcs)

* Printing:

- screen (printed directly on the fabric, cost effective for large quantity) - transfer (transfer paper heat pressed on the garment, small quantity) - flock (velvet touch, limited colours) - sublimation (ink fluids into polyester fabric) - 3D (print over print, thickness up to 2 mm) - puff (ink puffs under influence of heat) - dotted relief (puff ink) - outline (in puff ink which gives it relief) - reflective (lasercut reflective foil, heat pressed on the garment)

* Embroidery:

- tatami (small stitches to fill in large areas, less fragile) - satin (long stitches with a smooth satin shine, max width 15 mm) - 3D ( foam-filled embroidery, block or large round shaped letters) - metallic (yarn containing metal for shiny effect) - applique (lasercut fabric stitched on with an embroidered outline) - glow in the dark (special yarn with long lasting luminosity)

What we need to make a correct & sharp offer:

* Item * Which handling do you want? * Logo in jpg & eps * Position & size of the logos * Quantity of colours (in case of print) * Required quantity

Production and delivery time:

Delivery takes 2 to 3 weeks and in case of re-labeling 3 to 4 weeks, both after artwork approval and considering all items on stock. Collecting goods in other EU countries takes appr. 10 days extra.

What we need to start production:

The official order, size breakdown included, mentioning price, PMS colour numbers and delivery deadline.

What we need to make the design:

* Items (Harvest/Printer/Projob reference, or a clear description) * What will the clothes be used for and colour setting * Quality standard: promo or workwear * Personalization: logo in jpg en eps, position, size & colour no’s

Price € 25 per design/item, which will be credited when ordered

What we need to make a correct & sharp offer:

* Design, fabric quality, quantity & required delivery time

PRODUCTION POSSIBILITIES:

Production EU:

* Starting from 100 pcs per style, 250 pcs each project * Delivery 6 weeks after approval, sample development 2 to 3 weeks

Production Asia:

* Starting from 500 or 1000 pcs, depending on the style * Delivery by sea 3.5 months after approval, sample development 3 to 4 weeks

If shipped by air (on customer’s request and account), delivery time is 2.5 months after approval

What we need to start production:
