Step  1:    Begin  the  enrollment  process

Step  2:    Check  Your  Coverage    §  Enter the Zip Code of the primary location in which you will be using your phone, and click

Check Zip. §  If the Zip Code entered is NOT within

Solavei Coverage, you will receive a message that you are out of coverage. You will have the option to become a Social Member without Service by clicking, Become a Social Member

Step  3a:    Choose  Your  Device    or  Use  Your  Own  Phone  

§  Purchase a Phone: To select a phone to purchase, click Select under the phone you wish to buy.

§  Use Your Own Phone: To bring your

own phone, select Use Your Own Phone at the top of the page.

Step  3b:    Bringing  Your  Own  Phone?      Validate  your  IMEI  First    §  To see if your current phone is

compatible with Solavei service, check the IMEI of your device by entering *#06# Send(Call). §  If the short code of *#06# does not

produce an IMEI number, your phone is not a GSM device and is not compatible with Solavei.

§  Founding Members were emailed a private code to put into the IMEI boxes to receive “Founding Member” access.

Step  4a:    Set  Up  Your  Service  Plan    

§  Assign New Number: System auto-defaults to the option of assigning you a new number with Solavei.

§  To Port Your Number: Select I want to

use my existing number

Step  4b:    Port  Your  Number   §  Port Your Number:

1.  Click Proceed 2.  Enter your number twice 3.  Click Check Eligibility 4.  Click Next once eligibility is cleared

Step  5:    Enter  Your  Member  Information    Enter your personal information.

§  Select the Year of Birth prior to selecting the month.

§  Members between 14-17 must have a co-signer and are not eligible to become a Social Member.

§  See Family and Business Options for more information. Select a unique username, email, &

password §  This username cannot be changed in

the future. Select a username you are comfortable being known as in the Solavei Community and by your team.

§  Click Next.

Step  6:    Enter  Shipping  Information    §  Enter shipping address for phone and/or SIM.

§  P.O. Box shipping is not allowed. §  If your shipping address is different from the

billing address on your credit card: §  Call the bank who issued the credit card and

ask them to add a secondary address to the account profile.

§  This cannot be typically done via the bank's website and must be completed via a phone call.

§  Click Next

Step  7:    Review  and  Confirm  Your  Order    §  Review and confirm your order before

proceeding.

§  Select Agree to Terms and Conditions §  Click Process Order §  Disable pop-up blocker to ensure proper

functionality

§  Click Pay Now

Step  7:    Start  the  Solavei  PayCard  Enrollment    •  Congrats! You have officially signed up for Solavei

Mobile Service. Now….It’s time to sign up for your Solavei PayCard.

•  Although your member ID will be emailed to you, it is

always a good idea to retain this number.

• WAIT!......You’re  not  finished!  .  .  .    

•  Click Continue Enrollment to connect with your sponsor and set up your social networks.

To access your community directly, go to my.solavei.com and enter your

username and password.

Step  2:    Coverage  Unavailable  (Social  Membership  Only)    §  If the Zip Code entered is NOT within Solavei Coverage, you will receive a message that you are out of

Step  1:    Get  Social  

§  Sign into the Solavei Community at

my.solavei.com with your Username or Email Address, as well as the password you chose in the enrollment process.

Step  2:    Choose  Your  Sponsor     •  If someone invited you, your sponsor will be

pre-populated in this step. •  To change sponsors, a small option at the bottom left

of the screen will let you specify a different sponsor.

•  If your sponsor is not displayed, a look-up screen will display, giving further options to find your sponsor.

•  You will have the ability to select a sponsor from your social network sites or by phone number.

•  You can also have Solavei assign you a sponsor.

•  Click Next

Step  5:    Social  Member  Sign  Up   •  To get your Solavei PayCard, you must

complete the Social Member Sign Up.

•  All information, previously entered in the enrollment process, will auto-populate the sign up screen. SSN will also need

to be added. •  View the Social Member Agreement

•  Select the I agree to the terms and conditions checkbox

•  Click Next

 Step  6:    Celebrate!   •  Now, you are an official and fully engaged

Solavei Member.

•  To finalize and confirm your member set-up, click next.

Step  7:    Personalize  Your  Profile   •  You can change your profile pic by clicking on

the pencil mark over the photo display. •  Enter a personal quote or status in the box

below your location.

•  Click Next to enter the Solavei Community.

3.  How  to  Invite  Your  Network!

1.  Once enrolled in the Community, you will also be able to copy and paste your own personalized link to Facebook, Twitter or email. It’s as easy as that!

2.  Go to the Solavei homepage at http://www.solavei.com to enroll without an invitation.

3.  Log in to the Solavei Community and enroll your network directly.

Porting •  To port your number, follow these steps after

calling your old service provider to confirm the following information:

1.  Enter SIM number

2.  Enter number you are porting 3.  Enter Account Number and PIN or

password if applicable 4.  Click Finish

•  Only select I want Solavei to assign me a new phone number if you do not want to port your number
