CHALLENGE

Sobha Developers Ltd., one of the largest real estate player in India, wants to create a unique and

focused marketing campaign in order to aggressively create a buzz about there new luxury apartments

and penthouse project Sobha | Morzaria GRANDEUR launch in Bangalore elite market.

ACTION

Marconix Inc. created a highly effective and focused campaign for project launch event. The process

we have identified was mass level personalized one-to-one campaign.

Team Marconix had done a micro level reiki in all the major areas in Bangalore and identify all major

high-end residential apartments, localities, business areas and hospitals in order to create the most

possible elite database of Bangalore.

After finalizing on database a team of highly effective executives had appointed for the reach-out

campaign. Our team of executives visited to each and every individual listed in our database and

invite him with a personalized invitation along with a small gift.

OUT COME

The out come of our campaign resulted in terms of a massive response from market on Sobha call

center as well as a very high foot fall during the project launch event day; 18th

& 19th

August 2012.
