DESCRIPTION
This presentation provides a glimpse into a forthcoming feature for LexisNexis InterAction called "Snapshot.' As law firm partners, business development and marketing managers use the web to research prospects, a "snapshot" of information about the information and relationships already logged in the CRM will appear. This helps law firm business development by reminding the user who in the firm already has a relationship with the prospective client or client organization.
