Create work orders without assigning it to a Service Provider or Technician.

• Case : Work orders may be created without assigning it to a Service Provider. (just don’t select a service provider when creating a work order)

• Case : Often times when a customer calls with a service request, you need to schedule but do not want to assign a Service Provider. Create a Service Provider called “Unassigned” for such cases. Later when you have decided who to assign it to, change the Service Provider. (“Unassigned” is not a chargeable user)

Add “Work Description” and “Work Resolution” as line items in the invoice by clicking “Yes” in the selection below.

Work Order numbers may be changed to your own number when adding a new work order.

Work Order numbers with (r) or (e) attached to it, is an indication that the work order was generated from contract management module or from the estimate module.

(e) work order generated from Estimates
