Conrad Hilton have been a client of Skyline Whitespace for around five years now putting testimony to the longevity and adaptability of our high end Engage panel system.Conrad Hilton needed to exhibit in Shanghai at ITM. We adaptedtheir existing system and added some stylish accessories and light box graphics to create this stunning corner booth. The stand itself had four separate bays for each brand at the show. This provided intimate areas to discuss business away from the main seating area. We shipped the clients panels to Hong Kong and used our local install & dismantle team to build the design from our plans and instructions created by our in-house project management team. The panels were then shipped to Cannes for ILTM and reconfigured to a completely different design...

Conrad Hilton - Skyline’s Shanghai knights

After returning from Shanghai the booth went straight to Cannes for ILTM. We re-used all of the system and added some new montages into the lightboxes that were all designed and produced in house.The design kept the majority of the original graphics from Shanghai, keeping re-use to a maximum and costs to a minimum. This shows a significant long term reduction in costs for Conrad Hilton.The original stand has travelled to London, Cologne, Shanghai and Cannes over the years in it’s Skyline shipping containers, keeping it in great shape for the next show.

Conrad Hilton - The luxury of reconfiguration

I.M.P.S - All goes Smurfingly at the Brand Show

I.M.P.S. International Merchandising, Promotion & Services asked us to create a stand for the Brand Merchandising show at Olympia, as huge smurf fans we jumped at the chance to create something smurfy for them. Using our Sky Tube and sheer fabric graphics we designed a soft overhead curved ceiling to provide a fully immersive feel into the world of the smurfs.Designer blue chairs and white vinyl floor created a branded stand that stayed true to our little blue friends.A four foot model was displayed on a plinth and large format graphics covered a private Engage panel meeting room. The end result was fun and inviting and the client was delighted with the amount of business the stand generated.

Hewitt is the world’s largest provider of multi-service HR business process outsourcing (BPO), the only firm fully integrating HR outsourcing and consulting. Hewitt required a stand for the Pension Show in Manchester that truly reflected their position in the market and kept their already strong brand looking modern and forward thinking. We created a four corner stand with sheer fabrics that produces small intimate meeting areas with a central store and champagne bar. Custom lamp shades, hung at each end, lit the casual meeting and greeting areas. The transparent corners with large square brand panels came together in a very modern and architectural way.

Hewitt - Invest in Skyline at the Pension Show

Lucida were looking for the elusive combination of a bespoke custom look with all the benefits of a modular reusable system for use over a number of years at the Pensions shows. We needed to create some privacy and depth from the simple back wall they had booked. A large tube front panel covered in sheer fabric graphic provided a large branding area butretained the open spacious feeling the client wanted. The bar was situated centrally at the rear near the storage cupboards which really drew people in and opened conversations and demonstration opportunities. A main header with hanging custom lamp shades gave the wow factor as well as excellent lighting throughout the stand.

Lucida - Established faces. New thinking

Email center wanted to make a big impression from a relatively small space. We had the bright idea to backlight their graphics that would draw business to the stand like moths to a flame. The result was an amazing, individual looking design that shone out above the competition. This stand quite literally could not be missed.Integral work stations and large screen meant Emailcenters interactive demonstrations were easy to access and the front Status counter gave an excellent opportunity for branding and lockable storage.All the graphics can roll up and be stored easily for the next show.

Meeting Professionals International were looking for a contractor to design a new exhibition stand for them that would reflect their personality and professionalism. Skyline Whitespace won the pitch becoming MPI’s exhibition strategic global exhibition partner. This was mainly due to our international distributor network and global project management service. We designed a simple clean uncluttered structure using Skyline Tube Ultra that defined MPI’s space,and plenty of comfortable seating for all of their partners to host meetings with clients.

Threadneedle were exhibiting in Zurich and asked us to design a stand for them that would be very eye catching but simple in construction and had the potential to be shipped internationally.We approached this with a very simplistic design that allowed the graphics to create all the excitement and movement whilst still looking on brand and responsible. The stand was basically a hospitality area with a bar and meeting table. Lots of open space allowed visitors to stand and interact or sit at the bar and order a drink. Custom yellow perspex shelves also allowed some giveaways to be displayed using theThreadneedle yellow square as a branding device.

As suppliers to Bayer Healthcarewe were asked to design a small stand for the Animal Health division. With only a small stand and two brands to represent we split the space down the middle and colour coordinated the two sides with carpet, light sticks and table tops and stools! Keeping consistency throughout the design using simple white fabric panels along the back.The whole design is built from Skyline Inliten system which has tension cable interchangeable board graphics and screen bracket. Two Stratus tables on the front as welcome desks that also have lockable storage and wire management for laptop presentations if needed.

Bayer Animal Health - Exhibiting cats and dogs...

Education city have used their stand now for two years at the BETT show. After the initial purchase of large format graphics the only costs per show are rental hardware and services which is highly cost effective and a great use of resources. The stand combined a live theatre area complete with white board attached to the Sky tube system, a comfortable subscribers lounge and an interactive demonstration area to show all of their new products easily.

The show was a massive success and the large format graphics drew much attention at the show making the stand a real show “destination”

Education City - Sure Bett for Skyline

Tourism Venezuela required two exhibition stands for two different shows in two different countries, one for London World Travel Market and one for Barcelona EIBTM. The brief was to create huge images that illustrated the natural beauty of Venezuela as a holiday destination.We created one stand from Skytubewith fabric graphics and a similar design from Skyline Inliten with inkjet graphics. The result was a dual success in London and Barcelona that the client loved and visitors were drawn to. The storage area contained 180º of backlit image which created a real WOW factor to something very functional. The main tube stand had a rotating fabric structure that could be seen across the hall from all directions. The Minister of Tourism was delighted with both stands.

Venezuela - Take the tube to London WTM

Redhouse Lane agency briefed us on a job for their client Vital for a stand that would reconfigure between Bett and The Education Show. The stand was to be graphic heavy with large images and minimal copy. We created this simple back wall and tower design from Curveform and workstations for Skyline mosaic curved panels. A custom cut carpet, simple colours and striking images made this stand work so well. The design can also be reconfigured into a much smaller space for maximum return of investment.

Newlyn Homes were attending the “Place in the Sun Show” and needed a stand that would entertain their clients as well as be a portfolio of existing and up coming properties. The whole stand was constructed from Skyline Engage panels in a bespoke laminate. We added lightboxes to the panels as well as a large screen for their show reel. The seating area was placed on digital printed custom carpet with Eames chairs and designer lamp. The hospitality bar had a fresh coffee machine that was on top of a custom clear perspex work top for a very individual look.Newlyn won best of show for our very happy clients and the stand has been to around three shows since orginally purchased, and has proven to be a very cost effective alternative to a custom build.

Activision were attending Game in Birmingham and neeed a stand that would showcase several new titles to be launched in the UK. We were tasked with creating an environment that would reflect the brands and keep an exciting immersive feel to all the games on show. We created a half pipe for Tony Hawk’s Ride and a racing grid line for Blur racing A Star wars area was also needed and a large theatre area for Guitar Hero and a fully immersive stand for Star Craft II. We designed and created the whole event for Activision including a theatre presentation with HD projection screen for DJ Hero and Modern Warfare 2! This was a huge project that our in-house project mananagement handled from concept to completion with ease.
