Introducing SiriusLabsNew for 2016, SiriusLabs are a set of track sessions designed for organisations seeking advice on how to better utilise some of SiriusDecisions iconic models.

• Led by a combination of our analysts and members of our consulting team, SiriusLabs provide guidance on model implementation, feature live walkthroughs, and use demonstrations of SiriusTools™ in a workshop-type of environment.

• The SiriusLabs focus on how to Operationalise; delegates will receive quick-start advice on how to implement one of our models, and walk away with a set of templates that include a sample project plan and sequencing of activities.

Digital Typing in B-to-BPRESENTERS: Chris Parr, David Snider SESSION FOCUS: OperationaliseIntroduced in 2015, our Digital Type model helps b-to-b leaders identify how digital their organisation should be based on a variety of factors, which leaves them better able to resource and prioritise digital marketing and selling efforts.

Pre-session work will introduce delegates to the process of digital type assessment; in the session, we will demonstrate our digital type tool and provide advice on how to best use the results.

Channel Marketing: Building for SuccessPRESENTERS: Jack Androvich, Monica Dozier SESSION FOCUS: OperationaliseB-to-b organisations spend a fortune each year on channel programmes, but often fail to reap expected rewards. Why? Because these programmes are built without a specific strategy in mind, and because partners are unprepared to take advantage of channel programmes.

In this session, we will take a deep dive into our Channel Programme Model and demonstrate our Channel Assessment Tool to illustrate how better preparation means a better chance of positive impact for suppliers and partners.

Establishing a Best-in-Class Sales Management ProcessPRESENTERS: Ian Savage SESSION FOCUS: OperationaliseAccess to greater amounts of data and analytics has changed the way that b-to-b sales reps and managers should interact with one another. Without a disciplined sales management process, however, both parties are often left in the dark.

This session will walk attendees through five key roles of a sales manager, and demonstrate the components and cadence of review/inspection activities used by successful b-to-b organisations. Attendees also will receive prototype checklists for conducting highly effective weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings with reps.
