SAP ERP Applications and Services: for the medium-large manufacturing firms and

the Utilities. There are 8 certificated solutions proposed by SIDI or with SAP

references for other sectors (Mechanical, Chemical, Wood and design, Consumer

Food and no Food, High Tech, Automotive, Multiutilities).

Applications and services to manage and improve Human Resources: SIDI is one

of the main suppliers of SAP Human Capital Management solutions and services.

Numerous successful projects were made on Payroll, Travel, Time Management,

Organization and Development, Employees Portal.

Business Intelligence and Compliance Solutions: for the governance of the

middle-large firm. SIDI has carried out numerous HR Analytics and BPM systems

and SAP EH&S systems to manage the environmental safety (management of

occupational health, dangerous merchandise etc.)

Application management and full outsourcing: SIDI has its own structure and

development of Application Management linked to different partners such as

Telecom and IBM which manages over 3’000 SAP users. It is able to supply

solutions “end to end” to manage and monitor the SAP applications and systems,

in order to manage the infrastructures from the client to the application on the
