Introduction
Changes in shifts and the need for cost-effective leadership in operation make it necessary, that changes will be implemented in shifts in real time.
A shift planning must be already at the start of the shift, all changes that have occurred in the personnel and / or technical area must be done before.
This is best possible to do it with the online tools from the mind map area, as these allow you to access at any time, from anywhere and paste short-term changes and adapt plans.

Building a shift planning with MindMeister
In the following pages, it is the structure which is useful for me.
The shift planning for multiple shifts or different locations must be individually or should even be in different files.
Also, the information content has to be adapted to the requirements of each individual manager.
Of course, the use of MindMeister is only one of many possibilities. The applications should be crucial for each individual in the selection of the software solution.

In order to make comparisons with the last shift planning, it is useful to keep the previous week as a file.

The structure of the mind map is derived from the required information on the shift. In my experience, it takes a few weeks until to find the optimum to processed the information.
