OEM PARTNERS• Companies who are using Sense/Net 6 only as a

development platform (typically the Content Repository and the Smart Application Model)

• Developing a custom end-result („derivative”) that is significantly different than Sense/Net 6 ECMS and is not an ECM/WCM software

• The solution has to be unique with significant value added

• Custom agreement, benefits and obligations – based on commitments

OBLIGATIONS OF A PARTNER• CRM: register all opportunities to Sense/Net’s CRM• Silver Solution partners: min 1 opportunity per year

• Gold Solution partners: min 1 deployment per year• Platinum Solution partners: min 2 deployments per year

• Webinars: attend all product update and sales/marketing webinars

• Sales Reporting: sales pipeline and opportunity base review per quarter with Sense/Net representative

• Case Studies: write detailed technical and business case study about every major project they close

• Provide Customer Feedback: relay every customer feedback – good or bad – and have to attend the yearly product roadmap discussion roundtable
