Garima has 14 years of experience in Indian retail industry, she has worked with RPG & Shoppers Stop in start up retail operations & has hands on experience in training, running retail operations and developing SOPs. She has consulted as part of Milagrow and continues to be involved in training/teaching with various B Schools in Retail.

Nitin, an MBA from MDI, Gurgaon brings over 10 years of experience in the ITES industry. A Green Belt certified professional he has managed complex re-engineering projects & redesigned processes for optimum delivery on productivity and service. Championed initiatives for enhanced customer experience & lead transition of processes from global locations.

She has worked extensively in the areas of Talent and Performance management, leadership assessment and development, HR process and policy design as well as managed large scale transformation and change initiatives with clients. Previously she was employed at Aon Hewitt as a Senior Consultant, handing the Talent and Performance practice for North India

Yaamini recently joined the team after completing her post graduation in HR and OD from Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi.
