Trinidad and Tobago and sandwiches are eaten by every age bracket. Presently in the fast food industry there are only two options that consumers have Subway and Boomers. However a number of customers are not satisfied with what they spent their hard earned money

Interview Questions for Mentor What are his/her opinions on introducing another sandwich selling company? It’s a good idea, creating a wider variety to customers.   As an entrepreneur what factors appeal to customers? e.g cleaniness, seating, taste etc. All of the above including presentation  Are there any trends in customer buying patterns and what are your working hours? e.g weekends,

evenings With reference to trends, customers buy to take away. It’s more about speed and efficiency. Working hours – morning to lunch  What is the best advice you would give to startup business owner? Research and work within your budget.   Which bread/vegetable/beverage sells the most and least? White bread, soft drinks, coffee and water sells the most Wheat and juice sells the least  What would say is most importantly needed for a business in the food industry. Customer appeal   What issues do you face with call in orders? Customers are vague, not sure what they want, always having to guess what they would want. Customers are not clear on directions, a clear knowledge of the area is needed.    How often or what percentage of the orders are called in?  20%
