12.3. Balance between production and consumption of premium

cheese

In the forecasted balance between production and consumption are used estimates of the

consumption of premium cheese and projections for increase in production.

Throughout the forecast horizon, 2013 – 2017, there is a positive balance, calculated as the

difference between production and consumption. The surplus on the market, as before, will

be exported, mainly to the countries of the Customs Union, where most purchases are in

made in Kazakhstan.
