DESCRIPTION
Rural Fire Depts throughout Newfoundland & Labrador are facing big challenges today with recruitment and rention, funding, aging fleets, new OHAS and NFPA standards are forcing change. Working with Town Council, FES, and Mutual Aid (Regionalization) is a start to rebuild for tomorrow.
