Caribbean and east African food, music and dance at a special event Feb. 23.

The African Caribbean event, hosted by Ulett’s Pride Kitchen and Laza Catering, is being held at the Polish Hall, 5 Empire St., from 7 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.
