Sylvan Ore Processing Plan 2017 | Rodger Allen Gold Mine

Rodger Allen is known as President and Sole Shareholder of 1510501 Alberta Ltd., 0946940

BC Ltd. and 0922410 BC Ltd. In spite of that, he has a strong background in gold mining.

Rodger Allen gold mine experience shows innovative vision which assists in all forms of

gold mining. His capability ensuring that operations comply with health and safety

requirements. He has been a prominent analyst and advisor on gold mining. He is considered

one of the most knowledgeable experts on mining gold. Rodger Allen gold mine skills

present the prospective to prove up significant resources through exploratory drilling and

generate value. Rodger Allen has managed mining portfolio for many years. In 2017 Rodger

Allen looks forward to continue his mining and processing operations in Pemberton BC.

Rodger Allen explaining Sylvan Ore Processing Plan 2017:-

The Sylvan Ore is located within the Owl Creek/Birkenhead area and consists of a poly-

metallic, high-sulfide mix of iron pyrite, pyrrhotite and altered granite diorite with massive to

scattered metals throughout the bulk sample. The refractory indicators in this material are the

high sulfides which require special consideration for Extraction & Recovery.

The site visit conducted 9/29/16 by James Hason and Rodger Allen (owner). This visit helped

confirm infrastructure and resources required to establish a staging area for the existing

stockpile (6,000 tons) and all future ore removed from the claim site.

Preliminary work conducted by James Hason and Scott Bramwell has shown excellent

amenability to Magnetic and Gravity Separation techniques, with present testing underway to

define precious metal values by fraction.

In an effort to avoid unnecessary costs, Primary Processing of the stockpile will be

performed in Pemberton in order to establish our long-term Processing Capacity for future

ore from the claim site. Dave Bowden is coordinating the site preparation of the two leased

lots in advance of the relocation of the stockpile from a nearby property.

The Processing Overview (diagram right) summaries the Primary Processing steps designed

to create a higher-grade product for refinery sale that is more consistent and conforming than

the raw head ore.

This Processing Plan outlines the key equipment for handling, processing, conveying and

bagging of the final, High-Value Concentrate ready for monetization through qualified

buyers. Process includes: SYLVAN ORE PROCESSING OVERVIEW, ORE STAGING -

Pemberton Industrial Lots, PRIMARY CRUSHING, Mobile Crushing to 1” minus, PRIMARY MILLING anVertical Shaft Impactor to 30 mesh, MAGNETIC SEPARATION -

Rare Earth Cascade Rolls and GRAVITY SEPARATION - Non-Magnetic Liberated Values.

Primary Crushing

The Sylvan Head Ore (shown right) is a mixture of sizes as a result of the excavation work

performed to remove it from the Claim site. In order to be suitable for our Processing

Method, the rock needs to be crushed down to a more uniform size - between 1/4” to 1” in diameter.

Jaw Crushers are the Industry-standard for primary crushing and are designed to take years of

abuse. aw Crushers can be combined with other components such as a Vibratory Feed

Hopper and Discharge Conveyor in an Integrated Frame to make a skid-mounted Module that

can quickly be moved to where it’s needed for operations. Discharged rocks are

usually between 1”-3” and any oversize rocks can be returned to the Jaw Crusher for additional size reduction.

Jaw Crushing Nottes:

To expedite our Primary Crushing needs, we will rent a Mobile Crusher to reduce the size of

the 6,000-ton stockpile to 1” or smaller at the Pemberton Site. A dedicated Jaw Crusher Module can be procured for large-volume crushing by Spring 2017.

Primary Mining:

Once the head ore is crushed to 1” or smaller, a Vertical Shaft Impactor (VSI) is used to

reduce the size to our processing target of 30-50 mesh. VSI’s work by creating high-velocity

impact forces between the 1” rock and stationary bars to break apart the rocks into smaller fragments.

Since the force of impaction causes the rock to fracture along the grain boundaries of the

various minerals, the milled particles are more cubic or square as opposed to Ball Mill

particles that are more rounded or flattened. VSI’s also use the lowest amount of electrical energy per ton to reduce feed size making it more economical than large-format Ball or Rod-

Mills.

VSI’s are designed to fill the gap between Crushing and Fine-Grinding, and can reduce the

size of 1” rock to 30-50 mesh at a very high throughput. The units we would select can mill

between 20-30 tons/hour which is 3x our initial Processing rate. VSI’s can also be designed into an Integrated Trailer that includes Genset Mount, Power Controls and a Tilt-Conveyor

for portable operations wherever needed.

MagneticSeparation:

The Sylvan Ore has a known Gold association with Pyrrhotite - which exhibits weak

magnetic attraction due to the Iron deficiencies within it’s Fe-S molecular structure. This make

its possible to separate the Pyrrhotite particles away from the non-magnetic Pyrite and

Marcasite to create a high-value Magnetic Concentrate during the Dry Processing phase.

To accomplish this, Rare Earth Magnets are configured in a “Cascade” sequence to ensure the final magnetic fraction is triple-cleaned of non- magnetics that can continue on to Gravity

Separation

Gravity Separation:

With the Strong and Weak Magnetics removed from the milled feed, any precious metals

that have been liberated due to milling would continue on to Gravity Separation where the

higher-value, and higher-density particles can be collected into a Gravity Concentrate.

Reverse Helix Spirals have proven to be ultra-efficient in separating particles by density, and

the Two-Stage Spiral Circuit (shown below) provides additional Scavenging and Cleaning

spirals to prevent unwanted losses. The inside of the Spirals themselves feature reverse-

machine cut grooves with a special profile that convey fluidized particles upwards against the

flow of water and gravity to achieve the desired separation.

Reverse Helix Spirals:

Oro Industries’ Turn-Key Spiral Modules are fully-assembled and tested prior to shipment

ensuring the systems are “operations-ready” upon delivery. Each Spiral is fully-adjustable to

fine-tune settings for different materials and electrical/water consumption is minimal.

It is expected that Ore Staging & Processing will continue in Pemberton, BC in 2017 in

assistance of Rodger Allen. Rodger Allen has all competences which are require being

proficient in gold mine. He has problem solving, analytical, resourceful aptitude with strong

technical and management skills.
