Milestones
• Completed $5 million construction of
resort amenities.
• 134% overall increase in annual revenue
from 2010 – 2013.
• Received a 10/10/10 rating from
Woodall's/AAA/Good Sam. Less than 1% of
properties in the U.S. have achieved this
honor.
Market
• Primary market consists of golfers who
travel to Lake Havasu City from nine
western states and two Canadian
provinces.
• Secondary market consists of local golfers
as well as members who enjoy the country
club lifestyle.
• Our customer demographic consists of
mature adults with significant
discretionary income.
Problem
• The golf course, as originally built, was not
financially sustainable.
• By slightly reducing the size of the golf course
and adding overnight-stay components we have
created a first-class destination resort.
• We are able to attract customers from out-of-area
who provide the necessary revenue for
profitability.

Majority Stockholders
Jerry & Cindy Aldridge each have more than 25
years entrepreneurial experience founding,
managing and selling businesses such as Coach
Net Emergency Roadside Assistance, CompuNet
Credit Services, and the London Arms Pub &
Playhouse. Additionally, the Aldridge’s have
won multiple national customer service awards.

packages with the addition of thirty
4-star onsite hotel suites (casitas).
The suites will be used by traveling
golfers, wedding parties, and boaters in
the summer. Currently, there is not a hotel
nearby, and there is only one 4-star hotel
in Lake Havasu City.
