Specifics

A major use for scrap tire is fuels. Tire-derived-fuel (tdf) is a fuel derived from scrap tires of all kinds. Scrap tires make an excellent fuel because of their high heat value.

Scrap tires are used as fuel either shredded or whole depending on the type of combustion unit. It can be cut or not.

At the moment we may ship 33 bale per container=26000 KG. We can guarantee monthly shipments up to 50 HC 20’.

Tyres are used as fuel alternative to coal. Some plants shred the tyres and

obtain rubber crumb. Both of them are a useful source of energy .

Tyre major use occur in cement plants as an alternative fuel to classic sources of energy.

Rubber crumb is the result of the chipping /shredding and metal removal process

Crumb can be of two Shapes: - Chips from 2,5 cm on ( 4’’ )

- Granules from 5 mm on ( 1’’ )

Crumb is used in Cement Manufacturing; Pulp and Paper Industry; Electric Utilities; Industrial Boilers; Tires-to-Energy Facilities

Devulcanization

Devulcanization attempts to reverse the process of vulcanization and produce a material similar to virgin polymer for re-use in product formulations.

With increasing raw rubber scarcity, the devulcanization industry will catch on. For now about half of scrap rubber is simply burnt for fuel value.

Inner Tubes can be Recycled. Ther are two major Categories of Tubes: Butyl and Natural.
