Start with colourful Mood Blasting Performances
First of all we need to plan a grand Inauguration Eve followed by colourful programs with a known singer Musical Night and a famous dance troupe. we can invite a good musical band who can perform both rock and soft music. (As per your need)
The show will start with a blasting performance by our professional dancers and followed by our anchor and other artists.
A stage set up can be made carried by a effective 3D backdrop mentioning the details of the upcoming shows or our talent hunt with good sound and light system.
CEREMONY FOLLOWED BY OTHER ATTRACTIONS
The theme characters will be roaming around . The cartoon characters for the kids like Doreman, Micky Mouse and
chotta bheem playing with kids and dancing . Warm welcome of the people at the entrance by giving them a flower or
any badges to feel them honoured and happy. Couple competitions & games to get them involved in the function like
paper dance, balloon dance, most fashionable jodi, Most Loving jodi etc. Exciting Prizes and gifts for the winners. We can try that the same day we can run a special offer in the mall for
the shoppers. like "Buy one, get one free" "Pay half price" or any discount on Movie tickets. we can have word with the inhouse brands.
We can keep the exclusive gift carry bags in front of the backdrop to attract the crowd..perform and take it home will be our strategy.
We can have the lucky draw for the same day and will announce the winner's name at the end of the ceremony.

Anchor or event manager will be announcing about the Talent Hunt which we are going to start. We will be announcing the proposed schedule of our event.
We will explain the audience about the three contests- singing, dancing and modelling and about their dates, various rounds, entry procedure, semi final show and our grand finale, the prize money, the celebrities, their eligibilities, the publicity n promotional plans for the same.
Welcome to Media Person. Our invited guests and celebrities will also ask the audience to participate in
this contest event ,maximum . We will be ending the ceremony by giving the prizes to the winners of the same

Starting week we will be taking the auditions for every segment (singing, dancing, modelling) We will start the auditions , our volunteers will be filling in the forms by registering the
names of the participants. we can also ask them to participate in our daily activities. We will be having these activities every day: Crafts n art activities for kids Art classes for women like Beauty sessions, cooking classes, fashion designing etc. Games n sports everyday. Every Day Cultural Activities; Dance, Couple contests, kids cultural competitions, Interactions
with In –house brands, light comedy by anchors, various programs Decorate flower pot & plant a flower, we will keep the best one.
