Overview
A powerful brand influences corporate performance. At the basic level, the brand serves
two interrelated functions: it impacts awareness and understanding; and it influences perceptions.
Generally accepted market research has shown that if your target audience knows about you, they
are more likely and willing to do business with you.
The big challenge for executives is how to develop an approach that can truly deliver on
