Log in to the application and the dash board appears. The configuration menu has five tabs. Click on the first tab START RECRUITING to begin the actual process of recruitment.

1. Choose either of the two SEARCH APPLICANT or else SEARCH REQUIREMENT to proceed with recruitment

2. Lets click on the SEARCH APPLICANT tab.

1.Enter required information, click SUBMIT and Scroll down

2.A list of Applicants is displayed with their names, contact numbers, email ids and resumes. Select the Applicant that matches requirement

3.Click on the Applicant’s name to get a view the Applicant’s information

A list of Requirements appears, click on JOB ID to view the entire information on the requirement

The next page displays detailed list of requirements for a particular job, for example the Requirement Date, Job Title, required Skill Sets, Project Duration etc. Below the list is the OPEN APPLICATION tab click to proceed.

1. Under Call Log match Requirement Details with Applicant Details.

2. Click START APPLICANT APPROVAL to send an automated mail to the Applicant with a link to CONFIRM the Job Opening. Add comments to the mail is required.

3. Or submit the Applicant resume to client by clicking on DIRECT SUBMIT CLIENT. Here he/she is directed to COMPOSE MAIL Page and the Applicant’s resume can be attached and mailed to the client.

1. Once the Applicant confirms, his application will be sent to the READY FOR SUBMISSION Tab2. HR User can send the Applicant’s information to the client through COMPOSE MAIL

1. View list of Applicants sent to client on SUBMISSION MADE Tab

2. The ONBOARD and SCHEDULAR icons appear beside names of all applicants submitted to client. Schedule interview for applicants with that particular client and ON BOARDs the selected Applicant upon confirmation from both parties.

1. ON BOARD and SCHEDULAR icons appear for all the applicants submitted to the client.

2. Interviews can be scheduled for applicants with that particular client and ON BOARD the selected Applicant upon confirmation from both parties by clicking on SUBMISSION MADE under the APPLICANT’S NAME.

Click the START RECRUITING tab and chose either SEARCH APPLICANT and SEARCH REQUIREMENT. We will proceed with SEARCH REQUIREMENT tab.

Enter the required details in the given fields and click SUBMIT

The VIEW REQUIREMENT page appears, click on SEARCH APPLICANT, enter the required keywords for your search and click on SUBMIT

View the LIST OF APPLICANTS and select the desired Applicant. Click on the FIRST NAME to view detailed information about the Applicant.

After viewing Applicant information click OPEN APPLICATION to start Mapping Process

1. To receive approval from the Applicant click on START APPLICANT APPROVAL at the end of page to send an automated mail to the applicant, add comments to the mail and save them for future reference

2. Or submit the Applicant resume to client by clicking on DIRECT SUBMIT CLIENT. Here he/she is directed to COMPOSE MAIL Page and the Applicant’s resume can be attached and mailed to the client.

1. The R-Lite DASH BOARD appears, to view the day’s resume submissions click on TODAY given below the MY ASSIGNED REQUIREMENTS Tab.

2. The page displays the Application received for a particular JOB TITLE. Click on the menu below ENTER CALL LOG

1. If the Applicant is selected for the Job Opening, click on START APPLICANT APPROVAL to send an intimation mail with a link to CONFIRM for the Job Opening. Add comments to mail if required

2. Or else submit the Applicant’s resume directly to the client by clicking on DIRECT SUBMIT CLIENT.

After receiving confirmation from the client, the Applicant ‘s status can be changed to ON BOARD if the Applicant is employed by clicking on SUBMISSION MADE Menu and under the APPLICANT’S NAME by clicking ON BOARD Tab.
