This is an 18-acre ( approx .8 Million sft) land parcel in the Northern Central Suburb of Ghatkopar in Mumbai.

With close proximity to Eastern Highway , with strong connectivity to Existing and Upcoming residential catchments within 20 minutes drive.

The development of the project is interlinked by the creation of districts, gardens and signature towers, each exuding a unique attribute of Mumbai

The plan evolved as an interconnected ‘U’ shaped diagram incorporating a linear urban park resplendent with shade trees, textured hardscape, and water garden / grove appointed by synchronized fountains.
