Automatic Call Distribution (ACD)

ACD is used by call centers to handle basic

inbound calls and assign or distribute to agents

Multiple Agent Groups can be created to direct

calls to the agents with the correct skills to help

the caller. Login of agents

Call Distribution Types includes Round Robin,

Skills Based, All Agents Ringing and others

Queues Options: Zero Out lets callers dial 0 to

be redirected to an extension. Redirect on

Timeout does the same if caller is in the queue

over a defined time period

Messages: Welcome and Queue messages can be

played to the callers in the queue. Can use an MP3

playlist using EMS

Multiple Groups: Agents can login and receive

Allows users the ability to automate daily calls to customers by placing the outbound calls directly to their clients through scheduled prerecorded messages.

The list to call can be created in any spreadsheet application and exported to .CSV format.

Barge-In

• Listen Mode: The supervisor will be able to listen in on a call by dialing *91+extension

number.

• Whisper Mode: The supervisor will be able to listen in on a call and advise the agent

Redundancy - Requirements

Both QX devices are running firmware version 6.1.2 or higher. To achieve maximum compatibility

always use the latest available firmware.
