Automatic Call Distribution (ACD)

ACD is used by call centers to handle basic

inbound calls and assign or distribute to agents

Multiple Agent Groups can be created to direct

calls to the agents with the correct skills to help

the caller. Login of agents

Call Distribution Types includes Round Robin,

Skills Based, All Agents Ringing and others

Queues Options: Zero Out lets callers dial 0 to

be redirected to an extension. Redirect on

Timeout does the same if caller is in the queue

over a defined time period

Messages: Welcome and Queue messages can be

played to the callers in the queue. Can use an MP3

playlist using EMS

Multiple Groups: Agents can login and receive

calls from several ACD Groups

Automatic Call Distribution is a system that routes the business calls to respective agents based On their skills, type

and customer needs.

*Once the QXISDN4+ activation license key has been installed and activated on the QXISDN4 it will function

as an IP PBX. All the applicable QX50 feature licenses can be purchased and activated on the QXISDN4+ with

Auto Dialer

Allows users the ability to automate daily calls to customers by placing the outbound calls directly to their clients through scheduled prerecorded messages.

The list to call can be created in any spreadsheet application and exported to .CSV format.

The called clients can be prompted with a few choices to respond to the information delivered by this automatic call.

Rack Mounting Kit

• The smaller, more modular QX products integrate seamlessly with the Rack Mount

Kit, ultimately reducing clutter and maximizing space.
