from your audience feedback

• feedback is important as it comes from your target audience and if they are not pleased with the finished product then the whole project would not be successful as they are the source of success. Taking in feedback helps use create a product with would be more enjoyable.

• their are various ways you can receive feedback for example you can:

• Give out surveys about your film to various people

• you can let people see your draft and give personal feedback on it

• create social networking sites where you can get straight feedback from the audience

• After I completed my first draft I asked several people on what the poster needs improvement on and to see if it has any weaknesses. Most stated that the background was to dull, as I only had a grey background at the time. So after receiving feedback about the background I decided to change it and had two bright contrasting colours instead.

• Also before the final edit of our short film we had some of the target audience watch our short film and asked them if the short film needs any improvements on the editing. A couple of people stated that some of the editing wasn't smooth enough and the music for the sound bridge didn't suit the transitions of shots.

• So I advised the editor to take in the feedback and change the particular things the audience stated and make necessary changes.

• The main change was the music with every scene George was in as George's character had youthful music playing in the background, however it didn't match the scene and the character so we decided to change the music to classical music to make the character and his emotions.
