The Company was founded in 1978 by three partners

Even with the crisis that Portugal is going through the investment will continue in 2011 and 2012

The company invested around 1.800.000,00 € on the new southern branch located at em Santiago do Cacém near Sines (total area is 10.000 m2 from which 6.000 m2 are covered)

In the last 10 years the Company invested 12.919.356,32 €, buying new equipments , improving and increasing its facilities and building new infrastructures

The covered area is of about de 15.200 m2

The area occupied by tha company is now of around 85.000 m2

The Company’s capital now a days is 1.000.000,00 €

The Company’s financial situation is very solid and is based on a non distribution of profits in favour of re-investment on the Company

Every year 13% of the profit is distributed by the workers according to their behaviour evaluated every day in six different criteria (Productivity, Quality, Safety, Disponibility, Behaviour and Presence at work)

• Several welding machines for MIG/MAG, electrode, etc.

• 9 Rolling bridges until 16 TON

• 1 Plasma unit for 6 m steel plates The Plasma head has 100 A, CNC, for plates until 100 mm thick

• 1 plasma unit for 6 m steel plates. The Plasma head has 260 A, CNC, last generation. The unit can cut plates until 200 mm thickness

• 2 Guillotine cutters for steel pieces with 3m and 6 m long and 13 mm thick

• 1 High definition bender CNC 320 TON profiles until 4 m

• 2 Benders (6ml / 13mm)

1 Processing machine for cutting, make holes and drilling machine capable of cutting 1000 mm wide beams equipped with the most recent technology and 0,01 % tolerance.

• 3 Automatic sandblasting machines using steel grit

• 2 Sandblasting tunnels using steel grit (20 x 5)

• 1 Bending machine for steel plates until 3 m e 20 mm thickness

• 43 vehicles for personnel transport and 15 heavy trucks for materials and equipments
