Project Failure?

How do you know when – and why – a project has failed?

A project is considered a failure when it has not delivered what was required, in line with expectations. Therefore, in order to succeed, a project must deliver to cost, to quality, and on time; and it must deliver the benefits presented in the business case.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Stakeholder engagement is pivotal to the whole process of effective change

• The ability to engage with people, and to engage with them often, is correlated with more effective change

• People engagement is the ‘pull’ competence through which much else is contextualised and framed in change management leadership.

A final thought ….

All projects are about change and change always includes people.
