Prison break – film

evaluation First of all we (Brodie marquer, Liam white, Dan oehme, James Gulliver) had an

idea of a prison break on the school grounds and that it would be shot in the

way of security cameras. We knew this was the perfect place to film a ‘Prison

break’ because the school is basically a prison anyway. Once we had finished

all the filming of the project I used after effects to help with all the muzzle

flashes that I downloaded from the internet. I’m not too happy about my

finishing trailer as I ran out of filming and editing time but the overall project

was a success. Brodie mostly took the role off filming and most of the shots

were his idea and he did such a good job. Dan, as much as he hated being in

front of the camera him really did help us on directing the whole thing. The

song I used was ACDC shoot to thrill because the high temp in the chorus of

the song really suited the style of the film. I also used green screening to have

a helicopter flying over the prison (school) just for a bit of fun.

During editing I realised that you

could see my reflection in the mirror

so I made sure there weren’t any

movie mistakes.

I also used a blood splatter to create

a more realistic effect.
