1. Target all hotels segment

This technology was first used in Economic hotels. Then the luxury sector finded out that it could be usefull and actually gain time for guests.the app permits to create interactivity, thus create a personal relationship with the guests, which can be translated by a margin increase.

2. Staff gain of time

A digital service provides the staff with new tools, that help them sparing time, thus being more productive and more profitable. the hotel doesn’t have to recruit more since its staff has more time to work on other tasks. The app avoids printing documents, it’s more ecological (green)

3. Equality in the industry

This app puts all hotels on the same status, i.e. the budget to invest is the same for all, digital will always be affordable. All hotels have the same chances regarding competitivitywithin the app’s booking, there’s no commission returned to OTAs, the guest pays what the hotel gets.
