Qdos was formed in 1999. We are a highly creative and award winning design, build and project

management company. Our main objective is to provide the client a complete service, taking full

responsibility for the design, build, project management, storage and rebuild of your stands

and events. This gives you a stress free event and allows you to concentrate on making the event a

success.

HOW WE DO IT

We pride ourselves in working tirelessly behind the scenes to create a beautiful end product,

which in turn helps to enhance our clients businesses. Our processes are focused totally

on our clients brand equity no matter what size the project. We ensure our clients have a stress

free, successful event.

DESIGN

Our award winning design team are responsible for creating the initial concept from the client brief

which we prefer to obtain in a face to face meeting. Further design development, creative ideas and

graphic production is part of their responsibility as the stand design is taken forward and feedback is received from the client. Full CAD visuals, 3D fly

around of the design concept and a description of the stand are produced for presentation to the

client.

BUILD MANAGEMENT

Unlike other organisations Qdos use handpicked contract specialists, meaning we have the

flexibility to choose the right builders best suited to the individual project requirements. This way

we are able to keep our client’s costs competitive, improve flexibility and increase productivity without compromising quality or efficiency.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The Project Manager works closely with the Design Manager. Once the chosen concept is put into

production, they will liaise with the client, event organisers, contractors, nominated suppliers and

any support services before, during and after each show. They will manage the whole process of

manufacturing the stand/event with emphasis on quality and financial control. Our policy is that on every exhibition stand there is a dedicated project manager. They are also contactable throughout the day looking after all requirements of each individual

exhibitor.

GRAPHICS & PRINTING

Qdos Exhibitions do all graphical work and printing in-house in our print studio. From large format ink jet printing to vinyls we do

printing on every media to ensure every stand we have responsibility for is highly branded and

visually hard hitting. Qdos are the preferred supplier to the Telford International Centre for graphics and printing along with stand design and build. We manufacture pop-ups, banners

and all other reusable fold away display materials. In short, we cater for all need no

matter how big or small.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Qdos Account Managers act as the first point of contact for clients and as a fulcrum between the client and all Qdos team members. The Account Managers will meet with the client to obtain the

stand brief, introduce Qdos and explain the stages going forwards to provide the client with a stand

that exceeds their expectations. The presentation of the design concept to the client will be given by

the Account Manager with the Stand Designer.
