• SummaryThis case all about missing briefcase of employee of TechIndia

Electronics. Rajesh was determined to take care of allcorrespondence. A few days back he had received a memo fromSunit Jhon, a Sales representative. John had written a memo toRajesh in which he had complained about his missing briefcaseand request for reimbursed for briefcase which cost for Rs. 3500and was a month old. The complaint was exactly match withcompany policy. Rajesh and Deepak Barua, a Marketing chiefdiscussed about and Deepak had told Rajesh to make decisionwhich is reasonable and Rajesh took two decisions, 1st, to writea memo to all staff interpreting more fully the company policyand 2nd, because the present policy may not have beensufficiently clear, write memo to Sunit and agree to hisreimbursement request.
