Submitting proposals is the bedrock of your success with Powur and your ability to earn

more cash. Follow the steps below and you’ll find that it is surprisingly simple to do.

Contact people you know.

Use the The Powur Challenge to get a “YES” to a free consultation with SolarCity.

Collect the necessary information to submit your proposal -- prospective customer’s name, email,

phone, address, average monthly utility bill.

Submit your proposal.

Before submitting your proposal via the Powur platform, alert your favorite SolarCity Consultant. If this

is your first proposal, choose one of our preferred Consultants from the list below and start to build a

relationship. Send him/her an email or text and preferably coordinate a time to submit your proposal

when they will be available to receive it. Include your lead’s name, phone number and submission

time in your alert.

From your Powur dashboard, input ALL of the the required homeowner information. Missing or

inaccurate info will delay things.

Be certain to include this info below in the notes section when you submit:

##PLEASE CONVERT AND SEND OPPORTUNITY DIRECTLY TO [Insert your preferred SolarCity Consultant

name]. HE/SHE IS EXPECTING IT TO COME OVER.##

As soon as you submit the proposal, send an email to the homeowner and cc your SolarCity

Consultant to connect them both.

Sample Email Language: “Hey _____: I’m sending a quick email to let you know that I’ve submitted your home for a free solar proposal and you can

expect a call from [Insert SolarCity Consultant name] -- he’s a friend at SolarCity and will guide you through everything you

need to know about going solar. During your first call, [Insert SolarCity Consultant name] will need to confirm that your roof,

credit and energy usage qualify and are a good fit for solar. Please have this information close at hand. In the meantime,

you can watch this video to learn more about the process.”

Lead: This is the homeowner submitted to SolarCity as a prospective customer.

Qualified Lead: When, after a credit check as well as a rooftop and energy usage assessment, a lead is determined to be a good fit for solar. The next step is a consultation with a SolarCity representative to review all the options for their home.

Proposal: This is the free customized quote SolarCity prepares for prospective customers following the phone consultation.

Closed Won: An important milestone. This is when your qualified lead has signed their first contract, indicating that they want to go solar. The next step is a site audit during which an engineer will go to the home to evaluate the roof, property and shading to verify 100% accuracy for the system design.

Final Contract: When the site audit is complete and the customer signs an agreement to go solar. This agreement details all of the specifications, costs and provisions that safeguard the homeowner’s home.

Install: This is the final step in the process... the day when solar panels are installed and your customer will officially start generating their own power, from their own rooftop.
