Experience☼ Provide direct executive-level administrative support to Founder, Chairman and CEO, President, Vice President,

Director of Technology & Operations with twelve direct reports with demonstrated ability to improvise, improve procedures, and meet demanding deadlines.

☼ Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, ground transportation, schedules, etc.) and complete expense reports in a timely manner.

☼ Design, create, maintain, wrote and edited articles for company’s monthly employee newsletter with circulation of 250 employees.

☼ Develop and maintain Master filing system for contracts, proposals, subscription agreements, partnership agreements and other vital documents.

☼ Receiving, updating, composing and editing letters, memoranda and general correspondence, taking and distributing minutes of meetings, managing records, maintaining contacts in Outlook.
