Paulo Crepaldi, also know as “PC”, is a start-uper of creative and innovative companies. After being a managing partner of two premier consulting and training companies in São Paulo, Brazil he decided to start a new business focused on people called ING Marketing & Training. He was expertly trained in Leadership and People Management by Dr. Paul Hersey’s team from the Center For Leadership Studies. Dr. Hersey and his team received international acclaim for developing the Situational Leadership ® Model. Paulo was also trained by Dr. Gerald Zaltman’s team at Harvard Business School, known for the development of Zaltman Metaphor Elicitation Technique and Positive Power & Influence by Situation Management Systems a Boston consultancy company. Paulo started in Brazil through Mindroads – the company that pioneered the implementation of Neuroscience applied to Marketing and Communications strategies in Brazil. With over 10 years experience as Behavior Designer he gives lectures in Universities, Congress, Workshops and International Organizations about Human Behavior and the importance of understanding emotions in the decision making and changing process. Well-versed in current and upcoming technologies, Paulo writes on the topics of leadership and marketing for magazines, newspapers, blogs, fan pages, and Twitter—with more than 1,000 social media followers. Paulo holds a Business degree from Getulio Vargas Foundation Business School and a Public Relations and Organizational Communication degree from Casper Libero Foundation.
