Bsharp : Get your sales team in sync with your strategy

Partner Account Manager We are looking at a passionate, energetic Sales Professional to manage our business partners across geographies. Bsharp runs a program called “Multiply” [http://bsharpcorp.com/partners/] focused on enabling partners to sell Bsharp’s products in different markets. You will be owning the Multiply program, with a focus on 1. Building a partner network across the select geographies 2. Presenting Bsharp’s products, new features and roadmap to partners 3. Building a pipeline and converting the same with the partners. You will work closely with Marketing, Product and Field sales teams of Bsharp to convert the leads into business revenue. Bsharp Sales Enablers Bsharp [Nov’12, www.bsharpcorp.com] helps enterprises build winning sales team. Bsharp provides the technologies and professional services required to inform, hear from, train, assess, engage and motivate a distributed retail sales team. The Bsharp mobile platform is being used by over 18,000 sales personnel across industries. We bring in the best practices from different industries and geographies to enable the sales person to be successful. Bsharp has two key products:

� Bsharp Corp – A SAAS platform to that simplies and mobile enables market data collection. You have a 10 member sales team or a 1000 member sales team – BsharpCorp will help you to simplify market data collection. [www.bsharpcorp.com/features]

� Bsharp Enterprise – A SAAS yet customized platform that delivers mLearning, Product detailing and market data collection for large enterprise sales teams [www.bsharpcorp.com/enterprise]

Bsharp’s products are used by Sales personnel in customer organizations like Lenovo, IFB, J&J, Levi’s, Vodafone, Dell, SanDisk, CR Bard, Acer etc.

So, what kind of people are we looking at? We are looking for someone with great communication skills – written and spoken. Remember we deal with blue chip clients. You should have a flair for explaining key concepts through presentations. 1 -2 years prior experience in inside sales environment is an essential requirment. Experience in working in cloud based software sales is an added advantage. MBA preferred. Ability to understand customer situations and position the products is a critical skill. You are someone - � Who can juggle multiple roles in a dynamic start-up. � Who has a passion for technology – someone who can’t sleep without checking out the

features of the new iDevice.
