About the ORGANIZATION Like many other great ventures

in the world of travel, Akbar Travels also had a humble beginning in the year 1978. The phenomenal success of the travel agency is on account of the vision and direction of our Founder/Chairman & Managing Director Mr. K.V. Abdul Nazar.

Akbar Travels of India is the largest Travel Company in India in terms of number of IATA approved Branches, staff strength and business turnover. Flight booking has been made simpler than ever after Akbar Travels launched its Travel Portal, Akbartravelsonline.com, in 2007. The portal has been successful in assisting the passenger to book cheap flight tickets both in National and International sectors.

Akber Travels growth started in the southern Indian state of Kerala. Presently there are 30 branches in Kerala, spanning almost all the districts of God's own country. We also have branches in all the metro cities of India. In-roads were made into the Northern and Eastern states of India recently, and the response from the travelling community was overwhelming. Currently, Akbar Travels have total of 57 IATA approved Branches and 36 non- IATA offices all over India serving the customers. Internationally, we are spreading our network in the Gulf countries. PEOPLE’S I MET.1.Mohd. Kashif Iqbal, is auditor in Akbar

Travels. He works two month on there and he is very happy with the job and he want to build up, C.A.

2.Mohd. Zahid khan, is in ticketing department. He issues ticket for the customer. He works 4th year on there. He is happy and he does not want to try any other company.

3.Mohd. Yaseer, is in customer executive. He works on Visa Stamping, Passport Emigration, Medical Department and Ticketing.

MY OBSERVATIO

N.I observed that Akabar is good platform for

the tourist because it’s provided best facility .

Everyone is satisfied with their services.I have also observe that, every employee

was doing co-operate with each other.By doing this activity. I learned that, How to

interact with other people, How to work in team, How to talk and How to handle them.

People like to visit on here for tour package.

CONCLUSIONI talked to branch manager Mr. Belaal on

phone. he is very good person. I learned to him that, Discipline and knowledge is good for success.

I also learned by the employee that, How talk with each other, How to handle pressure, Work with team, Interact with other person and How to help each other.
