Focus on learning, not on training

We believe in learning, rather than in training. Adults learn better when:

– They choose to learn

– They build their own meaning and conclussions

– Training has to do with their reality and experience

– They take an active and main role in their learning process

– They realize they have improvement areas and they get feedback

– They keep and boost their self-esteem

– They apply what they learnt inmediately

– Learning is perceived as useful
