DESCRIPTION
Effective volunteer program development is essential to organizational capacity building. The foundation for buidling a volunteer program starts with an understanding of volunteer satisfication. Every aspect of a program can be built from that foundation. This workshop focused on the creation of job descriptions as the hands-on take away.
